Front Desk Receptionist

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in med spa operations and exceptional customer service skills. We are looking for someone with a contagious enthusiasm to create unforgettable experiences for our clients. Ideal Candidates
  • Prior med spa and front desk experience
  • Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, including effective phone communication
  • Detail oriented, outgoing but professional attitude, reliable
  • Professional and polished appearance
  • Analytical ability for basic to intermediate problem solving
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and utilize time management effectively
  • Management and organizational skills to support the leadership of this function
  • Ability to follow or provide verbal and written instructions with sufficient grammar and spelling skills
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Google software and apps
  • Speciality knowledge of any softwares or systems relating to job function such as Aspire, Alle, Aesthetic Records, and Cherry
  • Self-motivated and willing take initiative to go above and beyond
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
  • Greet, welcome, and check in patients while working to minimize and solve wait times or any other reception area issues
  • Manage a high volume of incoming multi line phone calls, emails, and messages via Yelp and Google to a completion and in a timely fashion
  • Perform check out duties such as taking payments after completed services, pre-bookings and scheduling any follow up appointments, and provide any at home instructions
  • Efficiently managing appointment scheduling, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining accurate records to meet patient and provider needs
  • Prepare for upcoming visits such as review of next day activities, appointment reminders/confirmations, service tickets, document preparations, and form completion
  • Work with management and providers to assure smooth and efficient patient flow and operations
  • Sell at home care products, packages, and memberships
  • Organizing, managing, and promptly storing inventory
  • Maintaining general med spa salon cleanliness and organization
  • Performs other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the company
Details & Benefits

Hours/Pay/Schedules

  • Must have exceptional flexibility and availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to adapt to changing schedules and work hours as needed to meet business demands
  • Part time 15-25 hours a week
  • 5-8 hour shift
  • Shifts vary from opening or closing shifts
  • Days vary from Monday to Saturday

Business Casual Dress Code

First impressions matter. How you present yourself visually can significantly impact how clients perceive your professionalism, competence, and trustworthiness. A well-executed business casual dress code strikes a balance between formality and approachability.

Pay

Hourly plus any commission sales from selling at home care products, packages, or memberships. Yearly raises available based on performance.

Medical Aesthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team at Salon Blissful Med Spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare treatments and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall client experience by offering personalized skincare solutions, performing various aesthetic treatments, and promoting our services effectively.

We're Looking For

Skills

  • Strong retail sales skills with the ability to effectively upsell services and products.
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards clients.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, techniques, and trends in the med spa industry.
  • Must be trained and certified in Hydrafacial and microneedling.

Expectations

  • Must be comfortable with networking within the salon
  • Must be active on social media providing content
Medical Aesthetician Duties
  • Provide professional skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments based on individual client needs.
  • Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures, including facials, Hydrafacials, microneedling, and chemical peels.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in aesthetic treatments.
