Deposit Policy

All new clients require a $50 deposit to book an appointment on major appointments which will be deducted at the time of check out. Balayage, babylights, injections, and select facial services will always require a deposit. Deposits are refundable if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. If a client has a history of no call, no show, a nonrefundable deposit will automatically be required

Cancellation Policy

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel or reschedule an appointment with us. However, we ask that you give us a fair warning of a 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to your service provider. Please understand that without giving enough notice, we miss an opportunity to fill that appointment time. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, we will require a deposit to book any future appointments. In the case that a 24-hour notice is not given with a deposit on file for a cancellation, the deposit is nonrefundable/nontransferable and will go straight to the stylist. No shows and same-day reschedules are included under this policy and will require another deposit

Products Return Policy

Hair products with low usage must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund with a receipt. Hair products with low usage will be available for store credit towards hair products or in exchange for equal or less value within 30 days. After 30 days, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Skin Care Return Policy: All skin care products are final sale. The only exception will be if a skincare product causes a reaction within 7 days and we receive a photo of the reaction to submit a claim to the skin care company.

Services Refund Policy

Our hairstylists are trained to give thorough consultations as well as have their clients fill out a consultation form to ensure clients are on the same page. In the event that a client’s results do not align with the details provided in the consultation, Salon Blissful must be contacted within a week and we will be more than happy to correct any issues. We do not offer refunds for any hair services. All treatments provided by our estheticians and nurse injectors are nonrefundable. Results are variable from person to person and most services may require multiple treatments to achieve desired results. Our estheticians and nurse injectors will help come up with a game plan to help reach desired results
